EDIFIER Australia Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At EDIFIER, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and options when purchasing products through the EDIFIER Australia online store.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
EDIFIER Australia may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- the product must be unused,
- in original condition,
- returned with original packaging,
- and include all accessories, manuals, documentation, cables, and included components.
Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If a product:

EDIFIER Australia may request:

Packaging Requirements
Returned products should be securely packaged to reduce the risk of transit damage.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned using the original packaging together with all included accessories and documentation.
EDIFIER Australia is not responsible for products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not compliant with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered by EDIFIER Australia.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Refund Processing
Once returned products are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing timeframes may vary depending on:
- financial institutions,

- and processing systems.
Customers should generally allow several business days for refunds to appear in their account following processing confirmation.

The following items may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
- clearance or final sale items,
- opened software products,
- gift cards,
